Soft cow's milk cheese obtained from pasteurized cow's milk by adding selected milk enzymes, salt and natural whey. It it a creamy and easily spreadable cheese. Its aromatic profile is characterized by delicate notes recalling milk. CONSUMER'S WARRANTIES Frequent microbiological tests are performed on the product and the raw materials used, based on a meticulous laboratory analysis plan.
