Origin of the milk: Milk comes from the typical production area indicated in Article 3 of the Squacquerone di Romagna PDO production specification, which includes the following provinces of the Emilia-Romagna region: Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena, Rimini, Bologna, and part of the province of Ferrara.

Any whey that may be found inside the package is not a defect, but a sign of the product’s freshness.

Consumption is not recommended for individuals with confirmed lactose intolerance or milk allergies.

STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Keep refrigerated at 0°C to +4°C.
