SOFT CHEESE

INGREDIENTS: pasteurized whole milk, autochthonous lactic ferments, sea salt, rennet.

Milk origin: milk sourced from the typical production area defined in Article 3 of the Squacquerone di Romagna PDO production specification, which includes the following provinces of the Emilia-Romagna region: Ravenna, Forlì-Cesena, Rimini, Bologna, and part of the province of Ferrara.

Not recommended for individuals with confirmed lactose intolerance or milk allergies.

STORAGE CONDITIONS: keep refrigerated at 0°C to +4°C.

CONSUMER GUARANTEE: frequent microbiological tests are carried out on the Squacquerone di Romagna PDO product and on the raw materials used, in accordance with a rigorous laboratory testing plan.
