The milk we use comes exclusively from selected farm cattle chosen by us.
Only milk, tasty and natural, coupled with thermal spring water with a high concentration of mineral salts.
I LOVE RICOTTA is obtained by craftsmen, it contains that creaminess and special taste which sets it apart from other her common ricotta.

GUARANTEES FOR THE CONSUMER Targeted microbiological tests on the products and on raw materials used are done following a scrupolous analysis plan. The product is not recommended for people with known allergies or intolerances to milk  and / or lactose.
