Right of withdrawal
According to the L.D. 24/02 paragraph 4.3.1 the warranty will last:
24 months for individuals (purchase sales with the tax code );
24 months for legal or professional entities (purchase sales with VAT number)
4.3.1 SUBJECT PROTECTED
Who is covered by the new regulations is the consumer, that is an individual who, being in contract with the sale of goods and other equivalent, is acting for purposes unrelated to businness or professional activity;
NOT CONSUMER
legal persons entities not other than individuals with no-profit organizations (associations, foundations, committees);
individuals classified as "professionals".
To make warrantly claims, the client shall present himself at a service centre of his own city with the purchase invoice.
For the products that do not have a national service work, the guarantee will be managed directly at the office Abarth Bologna: the costs and responsability of return shipments and delivery will be charged to the client.
The dispatch of the goods at our office must be authorized by our customer service.
To request permission to return the goods, the client must send an email to info@mambelli.com. The customer service will issue a RMA (Return Material Authorisation)number, necessary for the acceptance of the goods.
The RMA practice is valid for a return within 15 days; after that time the shipment will not be accepted.
WARNING: Caseificio Mambelli's dairy staff is not authorized to collect the goods whose packaging is NOT labeled with the RMA number.
THERE IS NO GUARANTEE WHEN:
The products have been installed or assembled by unqualified staff;
The products have not been used according to the parameters established by the manufacturer;
the products have been tampered with;
the products are not entire;
the products do not have the warranty label with the serial number;
the products are free of packaging, accessories and origianl manuals;
The articles declared defective resulting functioning with the tests will be shipped at the client's charge and with an additional penalty of € 30,00 + VAT for the interventetion.
Assistance in returning the goods will be accepted if the rules above mentioned are respected.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The law (L.D. 22/05/99 nr. 185) guarantees the right to withdraw, for any reason, the purchase contract.
You can exercise this right, which is reserved to individuals only, thereby excluding purchases made with VAT on behalf of companies or professionals, within 10 days after the date of receipt of the goods.
The communication of the intention to withdraw from the purchase must be made by registered letter with advice of delivery addressed to: CASEIFICIO MAMBELLI Ltd - 47032 S. Maria Nuova di Bertinoro (FC) Via Ceredi, 1402
Upon receipt of the registered letter with advice of delivery the client will be sent an email with the DR number with the instruction for the returning of the goods.

The product must be intact in its original packaging and complete with all its accessories and including any manuals.
On its arrival at the premises, the product will be examined and tested. In the event of tampering or damage, the withdrawal will not be possible and the goods will be returned with the transport costs paid by the customer.
Within 30 days of the receipt of the returned goods, Mambelli's dairy will return to the customer the amount paid (excluding shipping charges) and any other charges to restore the damage assessed and previously communicated.
The right of withdrawal for the customer do not apply in case the withdrawal of the goods is handled at the premises, in which case the transaction is transformed into a simple reservation finalized in purchase at the time of the withdrawal of the client, who will receive a regular invoice which he shall countersign.
Therefore this type of transaction cannot be regarded as a mail order or an on-line order, because the relationship is mantained with the delivery guy.
