THE PARTS

For the purpose of this contract we mean
    •   SUPPLIER: Mambelli's dairy
   •   CLIENT: who buy goods or services for sale on this site.

OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
The distance purchase of goods and services published on the pages of this site, according to the modalities outlined here below. Mambelli's dairy reserves the right to modify the descripritions of the assets as well as the conditions of sale on this site, apart from the validity of the contracts regularly concluded before the change

CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE

The procedure of the purchase on-line, will immediately generate the activation of a purchase proposal by the user.
Mambelli' dairy will send automatically an e-mail confirmation of the receipt of such proposal and the informative document provided for in art. 4 L.D 22.05.1999 nr. 185 implementation of the directive 97/7/CE, on the protection of consumers in respect of distance contracts.
Upon verification of the availability of the goods required by the client and the payment of the corresponding amount in the manner prescribed, Mambelli's dairy will automatically convert the offer in actual order, notifying the user by mail.
From this point Mambelli's dairy will process your order within the required time.

REJECTION OF THE GOODS: we specify that the order we receive depends exclusively on your will. In no case it should be rejected, or the return transport and storage will be at your charge. In case of refusal of the goods, Mambelli's dairy will recquire the reinstatement of the costs incurred by the courier, and the client will have to to pay within 15 days the compensation for the transports (alert by e-mail ). After this time, if the customer will be in default, a legal process will begin. Orders on the Net are recognized as assigned by the client's own hand. In fact, the online connection is recognized by IP address (of the client's own Pc and phone line), recognized by the telephone number, mailing address, social security number and contact shipment confirmation.

LEGAL COMPETENCE
The law in force and applicable to purchase from Mambelli's dairy is that of the Italian Republic.
For any dispute relating to the sale of goods and services on this site, the jurisdiction is the court of Forlì.

DATA PROCESSING
The L.D. nr. 196/2003 guarantees that the processing of personal data will respect the fundamental rights of freedom and dignity of the individual, with particular reference to privacy and personal identity. We will treat the data with lawfulness and fairness, in the full protection of the rights and privacy of the client.
In accordance with thel L.D. nr. 196/2003 Mambelli's dairy informs the client that the data will be processed with the sole purpose to execute the contract. Then the data will be necessarily transmitted to the shipping company with which we operate.
The consent to the data processing is therefore necessary in order to execute the purchase contract. This consent will entitle Mambelli's dairy to inform you in the future about news, discounts and promotionals initaiatives. The adherence to this treatment is optional.
The informations in our possession will not be under any circumstances used for purposes other than those previously indicated.
The owner of the data is Mambelli's dairy, registered office in Via Ceredi, 1402 - 47020 S. Maria Nuova di Bertinoro (FC).
