Cervia Salt: the true treasure of Romagna

Proud of our beliefs, which drive us to spread the ancient tradition of Romagna cooking art, we enrich our cheeses with Cervia Salt.
Also known as "white gold", the Cervia Salt derives from the homonymous Saltpan; the secret of its fame is enclosed in its rich taste which gives to the food it is combined with.
Unlike common salt in fact, it has a sweete and delicate aroma which lends itself to the preparation of refined dishes and cheeses, allowing to enhance their flavour with extreme sobriety.
The peculiar taste of Cervia salt is the result of the carefulness with which it is produced.

In fact, it is not dryed with artificial methods, but abundantly washed with high salt content water, passed into the centrifuge and then left to dry. It does not undergo any refininig process abd for this reason it keeps all the oligoelemnts wich Mother Nature gave it, such as: potassium, iron, copper, manganese, iodine and zinc.
Mantiene tutte le caratteristiche presenti allo stato naturale e tale purezza gli conferisce quel tipico sapore dolciastro da tutti tanto apprezzato.
